Prior to co-founding SageView Partners, he was a Partner at Peloton Commercial Real Estate San Antonio, which was acquired by CBRE in 2018. At SageView Partners, Scott is responsible for overseeing the investment strategy and daily operations of the company.

PartnerJason has more than 20 years of commercial brokerage, development, and investment experience. He was a partner at Peloton Commercial Real Estate prior to it being acquired by CBRE. As a co-founder of SageView Partners, Jason is heavily involved in sourcing acquisitions and the ongoing operations of current assets.

Prior to SageView Partners, he served as the Owner/Managing Partner of Peloton Commercial Real Estate San Antonio and as the Managing Director of the CBRE San Antonio office. In his current role as a co-founder of SageView Partners, Gardner focuses on acquisitions and investor relations.
